Problem:
Mrs Taylor is a thirty-five-year-old client with multiple sclerosis. Her physical health is continuing to deteriorate, and she will soon need a wheelchair. There is a high chance that Mrs Taylor will develop associated medical conditions such as diabetes and fibromyalgia. There may also be changes in Mrs Taylor's behaviour as she is quite likely to experience anxiety and depression. It is expected that the need for professional support will increase and that Mrs Taylor will require help with everyday tasks such as dressing and eating.
