• Watch the "Simon Sinek on Millennials in the Workplace" video on YouTube.
• After watching the video presentation, open up a Word document and write a paper reflecting on the leadership philosophy and style that would be most appropriate in dealing with employees who are considered millennials (those born between 1984 and 2000). The expectation is you will write a one-two page paper, being sure to include answers to the questions below. Your reflection should be in paragraph form, paying attention to spelling, grammar, mechanics, etc.
