Members requires you to submit a 6-8 visually attractive report on the following two aspects:
a. Identify causes of verbal, non-verbal misunderstandings, including culture, gender and language and to propose methods to manage them.
b. Evaluate the impact of technology on the modern workplace communication process and the ways in which employees and managers must now communicate.
