Identify caseys current use of nutritional supplements

Problem

Case Study

Casey is a 30-year-old female who is struggling to lose weight despite eating what she 'thinks' is a healthy diet. Casey is 176cm tall and weighs 85kg (BMI 27) and is mainly sedentary, due to working full time as an administrative assistant for an insurance company in Sydney. Casey's PAL 1.2 and she is not interested in starting exercise as she feels awkward going to a gym and is fearful of putting on muscle and looking 'manly' because her boyfriend has told her that this is what happens when you lift weights. Casey is shy/nervous about coming to see a Nutritional Advisor because she feels like a bit of a failure for not being able to lose weight and is self-conscious. She also has little knowledge about nutrition, although she has previously mentioned that she eats what she thinks is 'healthy'. She would still like you to design her a nutritional plan to help her achieve her goals to 'tone up' as she feels she can't do this by herself. You have conducted the initial Risk-Stratification Screening Tool (RSST) with Casey, in which no medical conditions or contraindications have been identified. You have also conducted a Client Questionnaire and a Food Diary with Casey to gather relevant information prior to providing nutritional support (these completed documents are attached below).
