Use the ACHE Healthcare Executive 2020 Competencies Assessment Tool to complete a self-assessment. In your initial post, reflect on your assessment results in the following ways:
1) Identify at least two strengths and two weaknesses.
2) Compose a 1-year professional development plan to address the identified weaknesses from your self-assessment outcomes. You can use the Short-Term & Long-Term Goal Setting resource from Career Services if needed as a guide for your professional development plan.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
