Discussion Post: Critiquing an EU Policy or Law- Benefits of the Law for EU
Identify one EU policy, either proposed or currently in force. Identify at least four harms and four benefits of the policy/law for EU citizens, businesses, or other stakeholder groups.
Argue for either the thesis that the benefits outweigh the harms for this policy, or the other way around: the harms outweigh the benefits.
Conclude by briefly making a recommendation for future policy.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
