Lending club is an online credit marketplace that allows investors to lend money to creditworthy borrowers in exchange for interest income. Application information is evaluated and Lending Club determines an interest rate and presents loan offers to qualified borrowers. The dataset provided to you contains loan data for the period 2007-2011 and the latest payment information.
For this exercise, answer the following questions
1. Identify as many of the 5Ws as you can for this dataset?
2. Identify the variable types for the variables loan_amnt, term, int_rate,grade, home_ownership, and annual_income(3 points)
3. Describe the following variables (please use graphs along with statistics to describe the variables)

4. Do lenders who own homes get longer terms than lenders who rent? Are they the same? What numbers did you use to reach your conclusion?
5. Graph a boxplot of int_rate? Create another boxplot of int_rate by home_ownership. Are there any differences in interest rates?
6. What is the relative distribution of loan_status?
7. Describe the relationship between loan_amnt and annual_inc (use both graphs and statistics to describe the relationship)
