• Identify areas within at least three of the theories that are summarized (behaviorism, cognitivism, constructivism, and humanism) that you do not have prior knowledge about.
• Discuss your previous knowledge (what you do know) about this content and how it supports, or does not support, the things you read about for which you had no previous knowledge (part a.).
o For example, did you know there are multiple sub-theories within behaviorism? Cognitivism? Do you have previous knowledge about the stimulus-organism-response (S-O-R) model suggested by constructivism?

• Summarize the following constructs that the behaviorist movement promotes:
o Associative learning
o Connectionism, including the laws of learning
o Conditioning
- Classical
- Operant
o Reflect on your own experiences in the workplace or in organizational settings (school, church, volunteer sites). What is an example of applied behaviorism that you have experienced in one of these settings?
o Based on your e-book commentary, why do you think the reader is encouraged to think skeptically about the content included?
o Are there potential concerns with associating learning behaviors with theory based only on anti-mentalism?
o What truths can be disseminated from the historic evolution of the behaviorist framework?
