Problem: This new system view resulting from applying AAA and reporting can include both innovation and adverse outcomes. On the one hand, effective anticipation and alignment can lead to innovative solutions, as noted by Wang et al. (2021), by facilitating the identification of novel opportunities and the pooling of diverse resources and expertise. Conversely, failure to anticipate and align properly may lead to adverse outcomes such as conflicts, misunderstandings, and project failures, as highlighted by Zheng et al. (2022). By incorporating reporting mechanisms, organizations can systematically track and evaluate the outcomes of their collaborative efforts, enabling them to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions when necessary.
