Questions:
1) Identify appropriate places that you would recruit from and how you would do so. Remember, it is not as simple as posting an ad in the newspaper or on Craigslist. Please identify at least 2 sources.
2) Create a selection process. For example, would there be a capability or cognitive test used? Are you going to interview all candidates? Some? How will you determine how many you will interview. How many interviews.
You MUST have at least an interview stage. You must also write at least 7 legal and situational interview questions.
