In Week 7 you were given an interactive exercise to assist you in understanding and drafting personal leadership statements. In this discussion, you will share a draft of your personal leadership statement and receive feedback from others. Preparing your statement for others and receiving feedback will assist in refining your statement as well as enhance your ability to support others in crafting their personal leadership statements. Your personal leadership statement is an important part of being a human resource leader.
