Discussion Post: Purpose of Time/Motion Studies
Time studies are concerned with the methods used to increase efficiency. For this discussion, respond to the following:
a) Compare and contrast at least two primary limitations of time study.
b) Workers sometimes resent the use of time studies. Identify and explain at least one reason for this behavior.
