You are required to select either a product (select one brand) which appears to be currently underperforming in the sector or a relatively new product that is faced with potential growth opportunities.

Introduction to the product - Identify and explain the product you have selected for analysis - this would either be a product which appears to be currently underperforming in the sector or a relatively new product that is faced with potential growth opportunities. You must clearly justify your choice.

Description of the supply chain - mapping the existing supply chain - Discuss the existing supply chain for the product selected.  Identify and explain key members/stakeholders and their roles/functions.

Evaluation of the supply chain - Evaluate how effective the current supply chain is, including to what extent it delivers value to end users.

Identify key challenges and opportunities through an analysis of strengths, weaknesses/barriers, opportunities and threats.

Recommendations - Discuss how the supply chain can be improved to increase competitive advantage and deliver value to end-users. Discuss how strengths could be leveraged, weaknesses could be addressed, opportunities could be evaluated, and how any threats could be minimized. You must clearly justify your recommended supply chain strategy and criteria for measuring success.

Communication and professional presentation of the report - Reference sources used in-text and provide a correctly formatted list of references cited using Harvard referencing style Correct report format OR PowerPoint layout and infographic style.
