Instructions:
You are a Benefits specialist for a small rural healthcare organization. You are doing a routine audit of the benefit policies and want to make sure that the organization is being compliant with government regulations. For your first task, identify and discuss 4 mandated benefits that must be offered. Discuss the purpose of each one and the impact on employees if it wasn't mandated. Next, identify 3 voluntary benefits that the organization should offer. Explain the rationale for ensuring these are part of the benefits package.
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
1. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
