Assignment: Psychology Short Essay Questions
The following require you to write a short essay consisting of a few paragraphs (two-three paragraphs). Refer to attatchments for reference of what is needed in each question.
1. Identify and describe the four main theories of motivation. Explain arguments against three of the theories.
2. Identify and describe the five stages of Freud's theory of personality development. Describe the psychological problems that may arise during the first three stages.
3. Identify three general tips for studying for a test. Describe the three steps to overcoming test anxiety. Explain how to best answer an essay question.
4. Describe how gender roles have changed over time. Explain Margaret Mead's research on how gender roles vary from culture to culture.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
