Problem: Read and write it to make it better. You add more to it
The purpose of this lab was to identify an unknown bacteria culture using different tests. In this unknown project, I chose unknown organism #22 to identify by using the techniques that have been taught and practiced throughout the semester. April 14, 2023, I started my unknown project by doing the streak plate, gram-stain and KOH test, and simple stain which gave me results of Gram-negative bacilli. After identifying the microbe's gram property, I was given a gram-negative chart which I followed and did several tests that including a MR test, Vp test, and Methyl red test on April 20, 2023. After getting the result for all my tests, my unknown was identified as klebsiella Pneumonia on April 25, 2023.
