Explain available services and what services are not available but are needed. Propose a strategic plan to address implementing unavailable services and the approach to be taken to implement the health service(s) Explain any legal or regulatory requirements for a community health program to implement needed health services. Summarize the role of public health in initiating and/or implementing needed health services.
