It's time to decide on how you want to organize your company and to hire managers to oversee your employees. The media below has five candidates that you can click on and read about. Ultimately, you'll need to hire two of these candidates.

Always remember that the objectives decided upon in planning influence the decisions you make during the other functions of management. From here on out, every decision should be made with your end goals in mind.
