The company on which we are working is McDonalds and mainly focus on McDonalds South Melbourne store (Australia). The change concepts used by them recently as this store is under renovation process. You can use some material from the powerpoint slides and use some change concepts from the slides which refers to some authors such as Kotters, Kurt Lewins etc. Please use references from the peer reviewed journals and one from the prescribed textbook.
