Nursing Journal Problem
• Discuss the leadership or management styles of one of the nurses on your clinical unit. Give an example of a characteristic, or behavior, that supports the leadership or management style. Provide a citation related to this style and or your example.
• Identify an instance in which you had to prioritize during clinical. Identify if you were effective. Explain what went well and areas for improvement.
