Students will complete an issue/research paper on a topic closely related to public personnel administration. You can choose from one of the following options:

Task: Identify an important issue related to public and personnel administration and research both sides, and write a position paper. (ISSUE CHOOSEN "SOCIAL EQUITY")

o Introduction - Identify an important issue related to public and personnel administration and research both sides, and write a position paper.

o Discussion and Solution - Summarize your findings to include potential solutions for the problem that you identified.

o Conclusion - What did you learn? What surprised you? What potential solution seems the most feasible for the problem that you outlined?

Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:

o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.

o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.

o Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
