You must develop a sufficient understanding of the situation to complete the assignment using facts, and may gather facts by consulting with practitioners or others.
Write 1-2 pages (may not exceed two pages) addressed to the course instructor, outlining the situation and arguing why this ethical issue merits analysis and recommendation.
