In this module, you've read the Business Process Analysis and Workflows page as well as several articles linked from it. Now consider the scripted portrayal below which depicts a business analyst interviewing a nurse in a physician's office about the operational activities involved when checking in and serving a typical patient. Although this only demonstrates a first step in the business analysis process, you can see that the initial focus of the analyst is to learn about the process from the staff member being interviewed.

Address the items below based on content in the "Business Analysis of a Healthcare Process" written portrayal.
1. In this written portrayal, several different staff types were identified as directly involved in the various processes for an office visit. List the ones you noticed as involved in care processes.
• Hint: Not all the staff types had scripted-lines in the written portrayal.
2. A number of Entities for tables may come to mind as you read this written portrayal (e.g., Patient Vital Signs). Listat least two additional Entities for which data will be collected.
3. Identify and name all attributes as mentioned in the written portrayal for the Patient Vital Signs table.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
