Create a three-page (750-word) memorandum, identify a strategic goal associated with the problem you have chosen for your final paper (Apartment resident of a complex that is suggesting to place gates around the neighborhood to protect the kids that play from the fast driving cars that drive by to go to the neighborhood behind my apartment complex) and the tactical goals required to accomplish your strategic goal. Your memo must contain clear identification (use each of the six terms specifically) and discussion of these six terms:
(1) Strategic Goal(s),
(2) Tactical Goals, the
(3) Issues and
(4) Concerns for ONE of your Tactical Goals, and the
(5) Strategies and
(6) Tactics required to address only ONE of those Issues or Concerns for that ONE Tactical Goal. It is not necessary to develop Issues, Concerns, Strategies, and Tactics for more than one Tactical Goal, because that would generate a lengthy paper
