Problem
In collaboration with the approved course preceptor, students will identify a specific evidence-based topic for the capstone project change proposal. Write 150 to 250 words summary explaining which category your topic and intervention are under (community or leadership).
Write: nursing shortage i think this has to be with both categories, community and leadership but I'm not sure, or maybe is more leadership but it also affect the community.
The response must include a reference list. One-inch margins, double-space, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
