One of the activities you would have participated in during the BITB workshop is the sexual assault recognition continuum. During this exercise we categorized a variety of inappropriate sexual behaviours based upon how well others in our community would recognize them as examples of sexual violence.

i. We determined that it was very important for bystanders to intervene at the low end of the continuum? What are some of the reasons for this?

ii. What is the most important thing you can do for a survivor/victim of sexual assault if they disclose to you?

v. Reflecting on what you have learned in this course, what is your own personal opinion about gender in Canadian society?
