Homework: Project Management Plan Proposal Presentation
Select an organization in which one of the team members is employed, or one with which the team is familiar.
Identify a project for the organization that must be completed. This project will be used for the remaining Learning Team homeworks. Additionally, the plan will serve as an agreement between the following parties:
a. Project sponsor
b. Steering committee
c. Project manager
d. Project team
e. Other personnel associated with and/or affected by the project
Create a 17 to 25 slides visual presentation of the project plan proposal for the identified project using the template provided. Be sure to provide a definition of the project, including the project's goals and objectives.
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
a. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
b. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
c. Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
