Required:-
1. Identify a project concept that could be implemented at either your workplace or home. The concept needs to fulfil project criteria including being of sufficient complexity to warrant a project manager to implement the task.
2. The project could include the renovation of a home or extension, workplace refurbishment, expansion, IT infrastructure or the planning of a workplace function (such as a Christmas Party for a large number of people). Ideally you should look at a workplace you are familiar with and either identify a problem which needs to be solved or an opportunity which could be exploited through the implementation of a project.
3. Prepare a preliminary project scope incorporating all discrete tasks, costings, time frames and contingencies. (see template guide provided below).
Please note that this is a scoping report of a proposal, not an evaluation of a project that has already been undertaken.
