Provide her/his title, institutional affiliation, and contact information - phone number or e-mail address is required (1 point, repeatable as necessary for each person that you identify)
2) Write a paragraph or two explaining why you think interviewing this professional would be useful in uncovering strategies that you could use in organizing the directives/activities for the program you hope to propose in your final paper. You'll need to explain to me how each professional has experience directly related to the therapeutic or educational purpose of our final paper. (2 points, repeatable as necessary for each person that you identify)
3) You will receive 1 additional point for ranking your identified professionals in order of those that you most wish to interview - like a wish list.
