In a one to two page document, identify a non-supervisory job with which you are familiar and develop a position description for that job – keeping in mind the various uses your finished description might possibly have to serve (responsibilities, duties, tasks, reporting relationships, scope, special demands, education qualifications, certifications, etc.).
