Project Overview
The objective for your final course project is to identify a need for change in a company or organization with which you are affiliated (past of present) and propose a plan for managing that change.
The company you are working on
The company I am choosing to work on for this course project is a company I used to work a few years ago that was, in my opinion, the worst place to work. I worked for a third party call center called Skybridge Americas; they provided the customer service for several newspapers, beauty products and is also a storage and distribution warehouse for some smaller companies. The customer service that Skybridge provides to its customers is mostly dealing with angry , disgruntled customers and this can create a very stressful work environment causing most employees to only be part-time.
There will be individual assignments along the way. The module they are due is noted in the time line below. Please note that the first individual assignment, Topic Selection, is due this module.

Requirements
The final project plan proposal must be 5-8 pages long in Word format.
Each section in the project outline should be clearly written, well researched, and effectively organized. Be sure to use sub headings for each section.
The final project should be supported by research from at least 5 different scholarly sources. The online library has many scholarly articles and journals that can be used.
Include both in text citations and a References page in APA format. For more information on APA, click on the Resources tab in this course.
