Problem
Identify a leader whom you believe to be effective and successful; someone you would want to emulate. For the assignment, submit the following:
• Name and title of the person
• A brief explanation of why you would choose this person as your "invisible mentor" (no more than 1 page; be succinct)
This leader can be anyone you deem an effective and successful leader, whether you personally know the person or not. Think about companies you've worked for, a coach of a sports team, or even a leader of a church.
