Problem
Students will identify a leader from history or current day. Describe the leader's style and how he or she impacts others. Using leadership research, apply a leadership theory to explain his or her style. What are the strengths of the theory, give specific examples of how the strengths impact the leader's success. What are the weaknesses and blind spots of the style? Give specific examples. Papers should be in executive summary format; no more than 3 pages (excluding title and reference page) using 12 point font and standard margins, double spaced using APA style. At least 3 independent references must be used to substantiate the discussion.
