Identify a higher education issue or trend you have faced in the past, or believe you will face at some point in your career.
Provide a summary of the literature on the topic utilizing a minimum of 5-7 resources.
Outline a minimum of 5 objectives that you believe will adequately address the issue and improve institutional response.
In addition, for each objective you must create 2-3 measures that indicate how a planning committee will know when an objective was achieved.
Be sure to provide the source for the measure. The paper should be between 1700-3500 words.
