1: Identify a form of incentive pay you have earned at a job. Discuss how it was determined or what it was based on, and if you feel that it was really an incentive
2: Discuss the benefits you have had at a job. Were there any additional benefits other than those required by law and did you consider them of value? Do you feel they were easy to access? Were they easy to understand?
