Identify a firm with an IT budgeting process you are familiar with. Using the material in the text and that from your external research, write a paper in which you re-engineer the firm's budget process. You are required to briefly describe the firm's current process, your proposed changes, and the business benefits of the changes. Cite any references used.
Requirements:
- Paper should be four to six pages in length, not counting the title or reference pages, which must be included.
- Include at least three scholarly references in addition to the course textbook.
- Paper must follow the academic writing standards and APA style guidelines, as appropriate.
- No accepted similarity to other papers more than 20%
- Tutor should have a good understanding of IT alignment with business.
