Problem
Using the internet, law library or other library resources, identify a court opinion that pertains to a regulatory affairs matter that you are interested in. A legal research resource guide is part of the reading material and may be useful in locating an applicable case. Chose a new case to brief. Do not brief one of the cases that has been reviewed in the course already.
Use the IRAC method discussed during the Week 3 class lecture and contained in the lecture slides to brief the case.
After briefing the case, you should add an additional section entitled My Personal Analysis. After reviewing all of the facts and analysis by the Court, present your views of the case. Do you agree with the opinion? Do you think either a concurring or dissenting opinion has a better analysis? Would you have decided the case differently from any of the other judges? Please provide your thoughts in detail and did not merely restate the opinions set forth in the case and concurring or dissenting opinions.
