Using Google Scholar, identify 10 or so references that are relevant to the topic of service quality.
Identify 4 or 5 that you think would be helpful to designing a survey to measure the service quality received at a restaurant. List the title of each of the studies, and explain why you think they are relevant to the study you are designing.
