Create a short essay (3-4 pages, excluding cover sheet & reference page) that identifies the most critical issue facing management as we progress through the second decade of the 21st century? Why is this issue more critical than any other of the many issues facing management? This is a general question to get you to start thinking about management and the many trends that are impacting leadership and the organizations they lead. There is no "right" answer to this question; the most critical issue is for you to choose based on your readings.
