Identification of at least two syntactic structures

Assignment Task: Light pollution is caused by inadequate, too abundant and ineffective lighting. This is what causes cities to be surrounded by a sort of dome of light that blurs the sky. Because of this, it is becoming more and more difficult to see the stars in the city. Among professional astronomers, the situation is critical because several observations, such as that of Mont-Mégantic in Quebec, are threatened by the expansion of cities and the light pollution that accompanies it. Many ecologists have noticed that species of nocturnal animals experience many problems because it is not dark enough at night. For everyone, light pollution can be harmful.

In fact, the solution to the problem is not to completely stop lighting at night. We should rather change our lighting habits. We often find ourselves using more powerful lighting than we really need. In cities, many streetlights illuminate upwards as well as downwards. This light is stupidly lost.
