I want to calculate the reliability in presence of these

The system has an average of two failures in a year. Every failure will make the system unavailable for three to four hours before the system is being recovered. I want to calculate the reliability in presence of these two failure taking in account that the failures are randomly distributed. Failure =0 so the repairing period and the operating hours =1.

I want to enter the data hourly, this means the input string of the load curve readings has 8736 value. The load curve reading rang is between 0 and 1 and I will attach a file to explain how the load curve readings look like.

The second simulation is after adding the wind or/and solar energy to reduce the failure effect and reduce the power outage duration (for example, for every failure I have 4 hours outage, with the use of solar/wind energy the duration will be 1 hour).

To sum the points:

1. Reliability of the system with no failure.

2. Reliability of the system with two failures.

3. Reliability of the system after improving the system using the renewable energy sources.

For the MonteCarlo simulation, it is better to use the Weibull or Exponential distributions.

I have to enter the data for :

1- Load curve readings string (for 8736 Hour).

2- Operating and failure string should be generated automatically by the Matlab code (for 8736 hours) with two failures, four hours duration for each

3- The power rating of the renewable energy sources. This will be subtracted from the power ratings of the transformers ratings of the system to reduce the pressure on the power station.
