I have five simple scenarios that state a problem, gives the p-value from an appropriate hypothesis test. For each scenario, I need to state the null and alternate hypotheses and use the given p-value to:
- State the conclusion of the hypothesis test in terms of whether or not the null hypothesis should be rejected
- State the reason for rejecting or not rejecting the null hypothesis
- State the results in terms of the problem being studied
I basically just need help interpreting the output given for each of the five scenarios ---
