The board makes the decision about future plans and acquisition for the company. The board consists of 6 members, the owner, business legal individual, chief project manager, chief project developer, accountant, and chief of human resource. These individuals experience range from a vast background.
The topic of the report is regarding the acquisition of a company by a larger company. The purchase of the smaller company will enhance the larger company with new avenue of customers and arenas.
