Research Review:
The review will consist of five research articles (or book chapters) published in professional journals or edited books in the positive human sciences.
All five articles should shed light on human strengths or the characteristics of human systems (extraordinary groups, organizations, communities, or societies) that nurture and lead to human thriving.
The review will be a one page summary of each article or book chapter—approximately 5 pages overall.
For each article, your one page summary should include:
(1) Why is this topic important and the field?
(2) What are the most exciting ideas, or findings?
(3) What are the three most important implications for the practice or theory Organization Development?
