Imagine that you are one of the community leaders who will be presented with the program plan and budget on Thursday night.
Given your classmate's intended strategy for presenting the plan and budget to you, how would you respond?
What issues did your classmate not anticipate? As a community leader, how would you recommend the community proceed with the proposed program?
Krisztina Program -explained budget ($5,000) Brochures to be delivered at each school in the community. $250 A weeks worth of educational information to be given in all health classrooms.
Followed by guests who share their story of alcohol addiction and so on, on the last day as a whole school body. $1,000 Community fundraiser $2,500 -a place to gather and answer and presented information to all ages. Program fliers to be available out at the the fundraiser for those who are looking to make a change. $250 Incentives for the students: bags & pencils $500 Bill boards and or other community presentations. $500 Presentation/Response A presentation of the above activities will be presenting a month prior to the actual launch to the school through student announcements.
To the community it will be billboards that will represent the program and its launch date.
It will entail the details of the program/fundraiser.
We will have volunteers of the program to go out into the community and present the program with booths and be available for any question the community might have.
