a) Income statistics show that income of 18-25 year old have increased by 10% over the last year
increase in 18-25 age group which is highest user of ipods will increase sales/demand of ipods.
b) Efforts of music artists wanting greater protection of their music result in more stringent enforcement of copyrights and the shutdown of numerous illegal downloading sites.
Yes it will also increase demand of ipods because demand from countries like USA is very high as percentage of total demand and piracy is very less and demand, people will go for use of itunes a digital media library. So demand will go up.
c) Believing that it has significant control of the market for portable digital music players, Apple decides to raise the price of iPods with the goal of increasing profits.
There may be fluctuation in profits but demand will surely go down as there are good competitive player in market like sony. Philips etc.
d) The price of milk decreases.
It will not have any direct effect on demand of ipods.
