As you look back on this course, consider the skills necessary to be an effective buyer and how your understanding of merchandising has changed. To illustrate some of the merchandising concepts that you have learned, identify your favorite retailer. (The National Retail Federation's Top Retailers list might help you decide.)
In your initial post, discuss the brand's merchandising strategy relative to a specific product category. Explain how you could use the information from this course to recommend changes. Include specific merchandising strategies you would recommend the brand use to improve its assortment.
