Paper Assignment
For this assignment, you will research a topic in sport law and write a 10 - 15-page (not including references or necessary appendices) paper that integrates your research with one specific sport or recreation context that is of interest to you. After you have researched your topic, compose a thesis that unifies your research and support it with your findings. You must cite a minimum of 15 articles from scholarly sources and 5 case studies. The research paper must consist of two focus areas:
1) Review of Literature: Integrate your resources and unify your research by displaying how your findings support your thesis.
2) Application in sport (or recreation): Apply the legal issues you have researched by explaining how they fit into to managerial practice.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
