In this discussion, you will read and reflect on three news articles featured on the "News" tab of the Food Tank website. You will go to the search bar and enter Food Waste to find your three articles. When you have completed the reading, briefly reflect on each article: What did you learn? What surprised you about the content? How does this article relate to where you are in your life? Please remember to properly cite the articles you chose.
After reflecting on the three articles, answer the following: You have all in some way been exposed to food waste. Some of you have worked in food service occupations, most of you have done a certain amount of eating away from home, and all of you have eaten at home.
Share your personal experiences with food waste. Comment on what you have observed or comment about how you yourself have been involved, in even a very small way, in wasting food.
