Your work should clearly draw heavily from the reading and the legal and ethical power point presentation. You will also research laws, policies and guidelines relevant to your state and insight from that research will be included in your thread and should be cited and referenced appropriately.
a) Summary the limits to confidentiality and the importance of informed consent, when working with children.
b) Report on your state's policies and laws regarding age of consent, parent's rights to child's information, and any other unique or interesting findings related to counseling children and managing those relationships within your state's guidelines.
c) Conclude by suggesting how you would manage the confidentially and informed consent process with children and guardians, based on the best practices you learned from the course materials and state research.
